Right On Interactive Opens Customer Lifecycle Marketing Platform for Third-Party Development

INDIANAPOLIS (April 16, 2014) – Right On Interactive, the customer lifecycle marketing software company that helps organizations win, keep and grow business, today announced the release of an API for its lifecycle marketing platform.

The move makes the Right On Interactive (ROI) platform open to developers and technology providers to integrate with the company’s suite of customer lifecycle marketing and automation applications, creating the opportunity for developers to extend the value of leading third-party CRM and web analytics providers such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM to engage customers with more relevant messaging.

“For most businesses, prospect and customer data lives in many different systems and databases — CRM, email marketing databases, call center history logs, order entry systems, point of sale systems and sales databases to name a few,” said Troy Burk, CEO and founder of Right On Interactive. “By advancing our integration capabilities and opening our platform to third-party developers, we will enable marketers to increase the value of their CRM and other sales and marketing systems by connecting all the dots.”

Using the API, partners and third-party developers can push information from their CRM or data warehouse, including contacts, companies, products, purchases, activity and similar data, directly into the ROI platform in near real-time. In addition, data housed in ROI such as Lifecycle Stage, Profile Score, Engagement Score and Score Index, can be pulled from ROI into any CRM, data warehouse or custom system.
