In a recent Forrester Research report, Wizdo examined how early adopters of lead-to-revenue management programs are now finding it hard to sustain ongoing improvement despite impressive early wins. Findings from Wizdo’s report indicate that many B2B marketers launched their L2RM initiative by simply scaling, standardizing and automating their legacy marketing practices, rather than making the fundamental changes needed to engage digitally empowered customers at every stage of the customer lifecycle. Together, Burk and Wizdo will discuss the most common challenges marketers face when it comes to their L2RM initiatives—whether they’re implementing, automating or refining their L2RM process. In addition, Burk and Wizdo will cover how B2B marketers can leverage marketing automation software to maximize return on their lead-to-revenue investments.
